At Patta, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
